目的 探讨公兔阴部骶髓诱发电位(SpEp)的刺激和记录方法,并观察其在急性骶髓缺血损伤后的变化特点。方法 10只公兔随机区组法分为2组,对照组用于排除麻醉和手术对SpEp的影响;观察组结扎左肾动脉和动脉分叉间5条腰动脉建立骶髓缺血损伤动物模型,腰动脉结扎后连续记录SpEp波形2 h,观察SpEp波在脊髓缺血急性期的变化特点,记录腰动脉结扎后2 h的SpEp波形,2 d后取骶段脊髓HE染色镜下观察。结果 麻醉和手术本身不会对公兔SpEp结果造成影响;观察组骶髓缺血后可见SpEp波幅经过(2.4±0.8)min开始降低,经(3.7±0.4)min后波幅完全消失。观察组SpEp波稳定后记录到的波幅与基线的比值是(0±0)%,与对照组t检验比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 公兔可以记录到稳定的SpEp波形,SpEp波幅变化能够客观的反应骶髓病理损害程度,为术中应用SpEp预防术后性功能障碍提供依据。 |

Objective Toinvestigate the stimulation and recording methods of spinalpudendalevoked potentials of male rabbits,and to observe the changing characteristics of SpEp after acute sacral spinal cord ischemic injury.Methods Tenmale rabbits were randomized into two groups.The control group was used to eliminate the influence of anesthesia and surgery in SpEp.The experimental groupwas a model of acute sacral spinal cord ischemic injury,a group which was established by ligating five lumbar arteries.The changing characteristics of SpEp waveforms were continuously monitored in each of the rabbits respectively after ligation,and SpEp waveforms were recorded 2days after ligation.The sacral segments of the spinal cord were observed under an optical microscope after HE staining 2 days after ligation.Results Anesthesia and surgery had no effect on SpEp of male rabbits.A decrease inSpEp amplitude of experimental group was found at(2.4±0.8)min after spinal cord ischemia,and the amplitude eventually disappeared at(3.7±0.4)min after spinal cord ischemia.The ratio of SpEp wave amplitude after and before ligation was(0±0)% in the experimental group when stable wave were recorded.There wassignificant difference by t-test(P<0.05).Conclusions SpEp waveform could be recorded stable in male rabbits,which were sensitive to acute sacral spinal cord ischemic injury.SpEp waveform could evaluate the extent of spinal cord ischemic injury objectively,and provided scientific evidence for prevention of sexual dysfunction after operation. |
