| 目的 探讨高压氧综合疗法治疗突发性聋的临床效果,进一步规范临床治疗方案。 方法 选取突发性聋患者共83例进行观察,随机原则分为观察组(42例)和对照组(41例),对照组实施常规药物治疗、观察组行高压氧联合药物综合治疗。对比两组听力变化情况,评定临床疗效。 结果 观察组在治疗2疗程后,其低频听力较对照组提升更多(P＜0.05)；4疗程后,观察组低频、高频听力均较对照组提升更高(P＜0.05)；观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为77.41%和53.33%,观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05)；病程早期患者的总有效率较同组其他病程的总有效率更高,且高于同病程对照组(P＜0.05)。 结论 高压氧综合疗法对突发性聋患者的听力有明显改善作用,疗效显著,且发病早期治疗效果更好。 |

| Objective Toevaluate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on sudden deafness,and to further standardize the clinical therapy.Methods Eighty-three cases of sudden deafness patients treated in Hospital for Forest Industry Staff from February 2012 to November 2014 were enrolled in the studyand were randomized into study group(n=42) and control group(n=41).The control group was treated with routine drugs,while the study group was treated with routine drugs plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Changes in hearing of the two groups were compared and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results After two courses of the treatment,the low frequency hearing in the study group was improved more than that in the control group(P<0.05);After 4 courses of treatment,low frequency and high frequency hearing in the study group were both improved more than those in the control group(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 77.41%,significantly higher than that in the control group(53.33%,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the patientsin the early stagewas higher than the other patients in the same group,which was alsohigher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for sudden deafness patients can achievesignificant improvement in hearing and great curative effect,what’s more,treatment in the early stage of onset is more significant. |
