| 目的 分析低钠血症患者的病因、疗效及与预后的关系。以期能总结、积累低钠血症的诊断、治疗经验,提高低钠血症患者的治愈率,减少死亡率。方法 收集50例低钠血症患者,根据血清钠离子的水平分为轻、中、重度三组,采集临床资料:性别、年龄、住院时间、血清钠离子、血清氯离子等,进行分析。结果 (1)50例低钠血症患者中,以轻度低钠血症最多(30例),中度者居中(18例),重度者最少(2例)。(2)低钠血症的病因以肺部疾病为最多(26例),其次为心血管系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、消化系统疾病等。结论 老年住院患者低钠血症的病因以肺部疾病、心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤为多。低钠血症的治疗应根据不同病因而采用不同治疗方法。 |

| Objective To make a retrospective analysis among gerontal patients treated at Anqing Hospital of the relationship of hyponatremia pathogenesis,curative effect with prognosis,in order to summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience of hyponatremia for improving its curative rate and reducing mortality.Methods Totally 50 hyponatremia inpatients were enrolled and assigned into mild,moderate and severe groups according to the level of serum sodium ion.Clinical data of gender,age,hospitalization session,serum sodium ion and serum chlorine ion were collected and analyzed.Results Of the 50 cases,most were patients with mild hyponatremia (30 cases),followed by patients with moderate hyponatremia (18 cases),and patients with severe hyponatremia (2 cases).Most of the hyponatremia cases were caused by lung diseases (26 cases),followed by cardiovascular diseases,malignant tumors and digestive diseases.Conclusions The pathogenesis of hyponatremia of gerontal inpatients are mainly lung diseases,cardiovascular diseases and malignant tumors,therefore,different therapies should be adopted based on different pathogesis. |
