| 目的 探讨不同剂量舒芬太尼联合氟比洛酚酯对妇产科手术患者术后镇痛的效果及并发症的影响。方法 选取行妇产科手术的80例患者,根据抽签法随机分为4组:A组(舒芬太尼150 μg),B组(舒芬太尼50 μg＋氟比洛酚酯 200 mg),C组(舒芬太尼100 μg＋氟比洛酚酯 200 mg),D组(舒芬太尼150 μg＋氟比洛酚酯 200 mg),每组各20例,对比分析各组患者术后2、6、12、24、48 h视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Ramasy镇静评分及不良反应。结果 C组、D组术后2、6、12、24、48 h VAS评分低于A组、B组(P<0.01)。B组、C组术后2、6、12、24、48 h Ramasy镇静评分低于A组、D组(P<0.01)。A组、D组术后恶心呕吐发生率高于B、C组(P<0.01),D组呼吸抑制、躁动发生率高于A、B、C组(P<0.01),四组嗜睡、皮肤瘙痒发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 舒芬太尼100 μg联合氟比洛酚酯200 mg行自控静脉镇痛可为妇产科手术患者术后提供良好的镇痛镇静效果,患者不良反应率低,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of sufentanil combined with FlubiprofenAxeyilInjectiononpostoperative controlled intravenous analgesia in obstetrical and gynecological patients.Methods Eightycases of patients undergoing obstetrical and gynecological surgerywere randomized intofour groups:group A(sufentanil 150 μg),group B(sufentanyl50 μg + FlubiprofenAxeyil Injection 200 mg),group C(sufentanil 100 μg + FlubiprofenAxeyil Injection 200 mg),group D(sufentanil 150 μg + FlubiprofenAxeyil Injection 200 mg),20 cases in each group.The levels of visual analog scale(VAS),Ramasy sedation scores and adverse reactions were compared among the four groups 2,6,12,4 h,and 48 h after surgery.Results The levels of VAS scores of group Cand group Dwere significantly lower than those of group Aand group B 2,6,12,4 h,and 48 h after surgery(P<0.01).The levels of Ramasy sedation score of group Band group Cwere lower than those of group Aand group D 2,6,12,4 h,and 48 h after surgery(P<0.01).The postoperative nausea and vomiting rates of group Aand group Dwere higher than those of group Band group C(P<0.01).The rates of respiratory depression and agitationof group Dwere higher than those of group A,B,and C(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the rates of lethargy and skin itching among the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Sufentanil 100 μg plus FlubiprofenAxeyil Injection 200 mg forcontrolled analgesia provides good analgesic sedation after surgery ofobstetrical and gynecological patients with low rate of adverse reactions,which is safe,effective,and worthy of clinical application. |
