| 目的 探讨循证护理与常规护理对冠状动脉介入术患者围手术期的影响。方法 选取108例冠状动脉介入术患者进行护理干预研究,分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用循证护理,观察两组患者的生活质量、满意度和并发症发生情况。结果 观察组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组的满意度(100%)明显高于对照组(79.6%)(P＜0.05)；观察组的并发症发生率(5.6%)明显低于对照组(20.4%)(P＜0.05)。结论 对冠状动脉介入术患者围手术期进行循证护理干预可以有效的提高患者的生活质量,减少并发症发生,满意度高。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing and routine nursing on patients with coronary artery intervention operation during perioperative period.Methods 108 patients undergoing coronary artery intervention operationin Anqing Municipal Hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were chosen for nursing intervention research,and all patients were randomized into experimental group and control group,54 cases in each group respectively.The control group used routine nursing intervention,the experimental group evidence-based nursing intervention.Quality of life,satisfaction and complication of the two groups were observed.Results The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,which showed statistical significance (P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group (100%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.6%),which showed statistical significance(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group (5.6%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.4%),which showed statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusions The evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with coronary artery intervention operation during perioperative period can effectively improve quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the satisfaction of patients. |
