| 目的 观察济安舒能联合氟哌酸外用治疗Ⅱ期压疮的临床疗效。方法 将38例Ⅱ期压疮患者在实施压疮常规护理方法的基础上,分为两组,观察组Ⅱ期压疮20例,共27处,采用济安舒能联合氟哌酸外用治疗；对照组Ⅱ期压疮18例,共23处,仅以外喷济安舒能处理。结果 观察组与对照组比较患者压疮创面新鲜肉芽组织出现及愈合的时间明显缩短[(8.9±6.2) vs (16±11.3)d,P<0.001)]；治愈率明显升高(93%vs 61%,P=0.014)。两组PUSH评分均明显下降(P＜0.01)；但观察组在Ⅱ期压疮的PUSH评分下降更加明显。结论 济安舒能联合氟哌酸外用治疗Ⅱ期压疮治疗效果较好,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of KOTO CARE in combination with Norfloxacin on phase Ⅱ pressure sores.Methods Thirty-eight patients with phase Ⅱ pressure sores received routine nursing care of pressure sores,then were assigned into 2 groups.Twenty patients with 27 pressure sores in experimental group received external application of KOTO CARE combined with Norfloxacin,while 18 patients with 23 pressure sores in control group were treated with KOTO CARE.Results Compared with control group,the emergence time of fresh granulation tissue in pressure sore wound and the healing time in experimental group were reduced significantly(8.9±6.2 vs 16±11.3 days,P<0.001);the curative ratio was increased significantly(93%vs 61%,P=0.014).The PUSH scores in both groups were decreased significantly(P<0.01);however,the PUSH score of phase Ⅱ pressure sores in experimental group was decreased more significantly.Conclusions A better effect with external application of KOTO CARE combined with Norfloxacin on phase Ⅱ pressure sores was achieved,which was worthy of clinical application. |
