| 结直肠癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤。尽管结直肠癌的致残率和致死率已有下降,且近十年对于结直肠癌的系统治疗有显著进展,但对其有效的预防措施与辅助疗法仍有待进一步研究。阿司匹林是解热镇痛类的经典药物,在风湿免疫疾病及心脑血管疾病有广泛的应用。近年来多个临床研究证实阿司匹林可有效防治结直肠癌。然而,目前关于阿司匹林的抗肿瘤机制仍存在争议。该研究拟就阿司匹林对结直肠癌预防与治疗中的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a common malignancy in China.Although in recent decades,system treatments for CRC have achieved significant progresses,effective preventive measures and adjuvant therapies remain further research.Aspirin is one of the classical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).It has been widely applied in rheumatoid and cardio-cerebro-vascular diseases.In recent years,a number of clinical trials confirmed that aspirin could effectively control CRC.However,the anti-tumor mechanism of aspirin is still controversial at the moment.In this review,we will outline research progresses of aspirin in prevention and treatment of CRC. |
