| 目的 建立瑶药产后三泡的质量控制方法。方法 采用薄层鉴别法(TLC)对制剂中四方藤药材进行鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定处方中四方藤的岩白菜素含量。结果 在四方藤薄层色谱图中斑点清晰,重现性好,无干扰。采用HPLC法测出在9.72～155.6 mg·L-1浓度范围内,岩白菜素对照品浓度与其色谱峰峰面积呈正比关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率96.4％,RSD为1.11％(n=6)。结论 建立的质量标准可控制瑶药产后三泡浴剂的质量。 |

| Objective To set up quality control standards for Yao Medicine Chanhou Sanpao.Methods Cissus pteroclada Hayata was identified qualitatively by TLC methods while bergeninum content was determined by HPLC method.Results The TLC figures were distinct and reproducible with noninterference,and the calibration curves were linear in the range of 9.72～155.6 mg·L-1 for Bergeninum(r=0.999 9).The average recovery of bergeninum was 96.4% and RSD was 1.11%(n=6).Conclusions The quality of Yao Medicine Chanhou Sanpao was effectively controlled by these quality standards. |
