| 目的 建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定天杞补肾胶囊中马钱苷、补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量测定方法。 方法 用 C18 柱为固定相,以甲醇-水(42∶58)为流动相,检测波长为240 nm。 结果 马钱苷、补骨脂素和异补骨脂素分别在5.06～126.5、0.527 5～13.187 0、0.480 8～12.020 0 mg·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,R2分别为1.000、1.000、1.000(n＝6),其平均回收率分别为98.93%,100.09%和98.97%。 结论 该方法具有较高的准确性和专属性。 |

| Objective To establish a method for the determination of Loganin,Psoralen and Isopsoralen in Tianqibushen Capsules by HPLC.Methods The C18 column was used,the mobile phase was methanol-water(42∶58),and the detection wavelength was 240 nm. Results The standard curves of Loganin,Psoralen and Isopsoralen were linear in the ranges of 5.06～126.5 mg·L-1(R2=1.000,n=6),0.527 5～13.187 0 mg·L-1(R2=1.000,n=6) and 0.480 8～12.020 0 mg·L-1(R2=1.000,n=6) respectively,and the average recoveries were 98.93%,100.09% and 98.97%. Conclusion The method is highly accurate and specific. |
