| 冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)后,桥血管狭窄是一个受到多因素影响、级联式变化的生理病理过程,发生、发展的机制复杂。通过查阅国内外相关文献,现就高血压、血脂异常、高血糖、缺血、缺氧、感染、炎性等因素可能引起的桥血管内膜损伤导致桥血管狭窄的研究现状作一综述。 |

| Restenosis of grafts is related with pathophysiological alterations involving multiply affected factors through cascade changes after coronary artery bypass graft(CABG).The mechanism of restenosis is complicated.The suspected factors for intimal injury of grafts causing secondary restenosis are discussed in this review based on domestic and international literature including hypertension,dyslipidemia,hyperglycemia,anemia,anoxia,infection and inflammation. |
