目的 建立甲癣涂剂中水杨酸的含量测定方法。方法 色谱柱:Venusil XBP(L)C18柱(4.6 mm×100 mm,5 μm)为固定相,甲醇∶水(H3PO4调pH=3.0)=45∶55为流动相,检测波长303 nm,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温:20 ℃。进样量 20 μL。结果 水杨酸回归方程为:A=5.14×104C-1.06×104(r=0.999 9);线性范围为:4.98~159.36 mg·L-1。平均回收率分别为98.0%、100.8%、100.5%。结论 该方法操作方便,结果准确可靠,可用于甲癣涂剂中水杨酸的含量测定。 |

Objective To establish a method for determination of salicylic acid in paint for onychomycosis by HPLC.Methods The chromatographic analysis was carried out on a Venusil XBP-C18(L)column(4.6 mm×100 mm,5 μm)with methanol and water solution(the pH value was adjusted to 3.0 by phosphoric acid)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 20℃ and sample size was 20 μL.The detection wavelength was 303 nm.Results Linear regression equation of salicylic acid was A=5.14×104C-1.06×104(r=0.999 9),and it was obtained in the range of 4.98~159.36 mg·L-1.The average recoveries were 98.0%,100.8%,and 100.5%.Conclusions The HPLC method shows a good separation,reproducibility and accuracy,which can be used to determine salicylic acid. |
