| 目的 比较行子宫动脉栓塞(UAE)治疗子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌瘤患者瘤体DSA减影图像及栓塞治疗后并发症,以分析两者瘤体血液供应区别以及栓塞治疗中进一步优化的临床意义。方法 对87例子宫肌瘤及46例子宫腺肌瘤行UAE治疗,对术中瘤体血管减影和栓塞术后综合征进行回顾性分析、总结。 结果 所有患者均成功完成双侧UAE治疗,其中子宫肌瘤患者瘤体血管显影明显,并具有清晰包膜以及粗大供血动脉,且与周围组织界限清楚；而子宫腺肌瘤与周围则无明显界限；腺肌瘤患者栓塞后综合征则明显较子宫肌瘤患者重(P<0.01)。结论 UAE术中DSA减影可以进一步明确了解子宫肌瘤及腺肌瘤血供情况,术后后者栓塞综合征明显要较前者多且较重,需引起术中的重视。 |

| Objective To compare the uterine artery angiography images and complications after interventional embolization of uterine artery embolization(UAE)in the treatment of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis tumor patients,to analyze the diagnostic difference between angiography images and to optimize therapeutic schedule.Methods A total of 87 patients with uterine fibroids and 46 cases with adenomyosis tumor received UAE treatment.Angiography images and complications were retrospectively analyzed.Results UAE treatment was successfully completed in all patients.The tumor profile imaging and its supplying arteries of uterine fibroids were obvious in angiogram,with clear boundaries to the surrounding tissues.But the surrounding of adenomyosis had no obvious boundaries.Postoperative complications of uterine fibroid patients were significantly fewer than patients with adenomyosis(P<0.01).Conclusions Uterine artery embolization angiography can further clarify the diagnosis of uterine fibroids and uterine adenomyosis.Postoperative embolization syndromes of adenomyosis were more and more serious than those of uterine fibroid,which should be paid special attention. |
