| 目的 探讨和比较阴式(TVH)和腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术(LAVH)的临床应用价值。方法 对TVH与LAVH患者各20例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 LAVH组和TVH组各20例, TVH组患者的手术时间短、术中出血量少,TVH组的住院天数、术后肛门排气时间与LAVH组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 LAVH、TVH的临床效果均较满意,TVH操作方便、费用较低,但其适应证局限,LAVH则拓宽了其适应证,故临床上需要根据患者具体病情、经济情况和个人意愿选择适合的手术方案。 |

| Objective To explore and compare the clinical application value of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH)and transvaginal hysterectomy(TVH).Methods Clinical data of 20 patients with TVH and 20 patients with LAVH were retrospectively analyzed.Results LAVH group and TVH group contained 20 cases for each.Patients in TVH group had shorter operation time,less blood loss.There were no significant differences in hospital stay and postoperative anal exhaust time between the two groups.Conclusions Clinical results of LAVH and TVH are satisfactory,and TVH has the advantages of convenient operation and low cost.However,it has limited indications,while LAVH extended the indications,so doctors need to choose suitable operation plan according to patients’ specific conditions,financial status and personal preferences. |
