| 目的 探讨酪酸梭菌二联活菌胶囊(常乐康)对于重症监护病房(ICU)肠内营养相关性腹泻的预防效果。方法 120例ICU患者随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均给予鼻饲肠内营养,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组同时加用常乐康。结果 与对照组相比较,观察组患者腹泻的发生率显著下降(7% vs 38%,P<0.001),达到目标供给量的时间显著缩短(4.2 vs 8.7 d,P<0.001)。结论 合用常乐康鼻饲可有效预防ICU肠内营养相关性腹泻的发生。 |

| Objective To analyze the preventive effect of combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium on enteral nutrition related diarrhea in ICU patients.Methods Sixty ICU patients were randomized into experimental group and control group equally.All the patients were infused enteral nutrition through nasointestinal tube.The routine nursing was excuted in control group,while additional combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium was used in experimental group.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of diarrhea in the experimental group was significantly decreased(7% vs 38%,P<0.001),and the time to reach standard amount was significantly shortened(4.2 vs 8.7 d,P<0.001).Conclusion Combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium can prevent the enteral nutrition related diarrhea in ICU patients effectively. |
