      目的 优化款冬花多糖酶法辅助提取工艺条件。方法 通过响应面法,评价指标为多糖提取率;考察提取时间、酶药质量比和温度等因素对款冬花多糖提取的影响。结果 提取多糖的最优工艺为用20倍量的水,在55 ℃温度下,选择酶药质量比1.30%,提取123.2 min,pH=7,水料比为20 L·g-1。在该工艺条件下,款冬花多糖的得率为3.25%。结论 酶法提取款冬花多糖具有提取温度低,提取率高的优点。
英文摘要:
      Objective To select the optimum extracting with the assistance of enzyme method of polysaccharide from Tussilago farfara.Methods Response surface methodology ( RSM) was applied to optimize enzyme-assisted extraction process of polysaccharides from Tussilago farfara. Extraction rate of polysaccharides as evaluation index,the influence of time,ratio of liquid to solid,and temperature were studied.Results The optimum conditions were 20 times quantity of water,extraction temperature at 55℃,ratio of enzyme to material 1.30%,the time of extraction 123.2 min,pH 7 and 20 L·g-1 as ratio of water to material.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction yield of polysaccharide was 3.25%.Conclusions The enzyme extraction and determination of polysaccharide from Tussilago farfara were suitable by this method.Compared with the traditional methods,enzyme extraction method is better with lower temperature and higher yield.
