| 目的 探讨P300和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)在评估帕金森患者早期认知功能中的作用及临床价值。方法 选取年龄和受教育程度方面差异无统计学意义的40例帕金森病患者(PD组)和40例健康老年人群(对照组),分别进行P300电位测定和MoCA量表评定,并对两组结果进行分析比较。结果 两组P300电位测定相比较, PD组潜伏期(346.78±20.38)ms长于对照组潜伏期(320.53±11.50)ms,差异有统计学意义(t=7.10,P<0.05)；PD组波幅(3.93±1.35)UV低于对照组波幅(5.88±1.67)UV,差异有统计学意义(t=5.75,P<0.05)。两组MoCA量表评分相比较,其中在MoCA量表总分、视空间与执行功能得分及记忆测试得分三个项目上,PD组[分别为(23.25±0.84)分,(3.38±0.49)分,(2.88±0.76)分]均低于对照组[分别为(24.73±1.48)分,(4.05±0.7)分,(3.50±0.72)分],差异有统计学意义(t=-5.47,-4.93,-3.80,P<0.05)；其余各项测试差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 P300和MoCA量表为PD患者认知功能障碍的早期诊断提供依据。 |

| Objective To explore the role of P300 and Montreal cognitive assessment scale in evaluating early cognitive dysfunction in patients with Parkinson′s disease(PD).Methods Forty PD patients(in the study group)and 40 healthy elderly(in the control group)were selected and matched in age and education level.P300 and MoCA scale evaluation were conducted in the two groups and the results were compared.Results In the P300 test,the study group had prolonged P300 latency(346.78 ±20.38)ms than the control group(320.53±11.50)ms,which was statistically significant(t=7.10,P<0.05).The study group had decreased amplitude(3.93±1.35)UV than the control group(5.88±1.67)UV,which was also statistically significant(t=5.75,P<0.05).In the MoCA scale test,PD patients had lower scores in MoCA scale overall scores,visual space and executive function scores,memory test scores(23.25±0.84,3.38±0.49,2.88±0.76,respectively)than the healthy elderly(24.73±1.48,4.05±0.7,3.50±0.72,respectively).The differences were statistically significant(t=-5.47,-4.93,-3.80,P<0.05) .Other test results of MoCA scale had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusions Combined application of P300 and MoCA scale can provide evidence for early diagnosis of cognitive dysfunction in PD patients. |
