| 目的 分析总结超声引导下胸部病变穿刺活检的经验及临床价值。方法 通过对76例术前不能确诊胸部病变性质的患者行超声引导下穿刺活检,分析病理结果,并总结穿刺的方法和技巧。结果 76例患者均取材成功,其中69例穿刺1针,7例患者因病灶位置过深或患者配合不佳,穿刺2针取材成功,1针穿刺成功率91%,术中并发胸膜反应者4例(5.3%),经休息后自行缓解, 术后随访全部患者未发生气胸、出血等严重并发症。活检组织病理学确诊肺部病变56例(73.7%),胸膜病变15例(19.7%),纵膈病变5例(6.6%)。结论 超声引导下穿刺活检术操作简便、安全,成功率高,是临床确诊疾病性质的一种有效方法,对临床治疗具有重要的指导作用。 |

| Objective To analyze and summarize the experience and clinical value of ultrasound-guided biopsy technology in diagnosis of chest disease.Methods Ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy was performed on 76 patients who were without a definitive diagnosis of chest space-occupying lesions.The methods and techniques of puncture were summed up and the pathological results were analyzed.Results Biopsies of all the 76 cases were successfully including 1 needle puncture in 69 cases and 2-needle puncture in 7 cases.There was a 91% success rate of 1-needle puncture.Four cases (5.3%) had pleural reaction during the puncture,but relieved after rest.Follow-up showed that there were no serious complications of pneumothorax or bleeding.All patients′ diagnoses were confirmed by pathological tests.There were fifty-six cases of lung lesions(73.7%),fifteen cases of pleura lesions (19.7%),and 5 cases of mediastinal lesions (6.6%).Conclusions Ultrasound-guided biopsy is simple,safe,and highly successful,which is an effective method for diagnosing the nature of diseases,and has an important guidance for clinical treatment. |
