| 目的 了解长春西汀注射剂在临床应用中发生不良反应的情况,促进临床合理用药。方法 采用文献计量学方法,对29例国内公开报告的长春西汀注射剂不良反应病例进行总结性分析。结果 长春西汀注射剂致皮疹5例,发热3例,肝损害3例,胸闷、呼吸困难3例,休克3例,恶心呕吐3例,白细胞减少2例,抽搐1例,眩晕1例,过敏性哮喘1例,腹泻1例,血管神经性水肿1例,面色潮红1例,亚急性甲状腺炎1例。结论 临床应重视长春西汀注射剂的不良反应,注意患者用药时的临床表现,及时做好应对处理。 |

| Objective To explore adverse drug reactions caused by vinpocetine in clinical practice and to promote clinical rational drug use.Methods Twenty-nine cases of adverse drug reactions by vinpocetine reported in domestic literature were summarized and analyzed by using the method of literature metrology.Results There were 5 cases of vinpocetine-induced erythra 5,3 cases of fever,3 cases of liver damage,3 cases of chest tightness and breathing difficulties,3 cases of shock,3 cases of nausea and vomiting,2 cases of leukopenia,1 case of convulsion,1 case of dizziness,1 case of allergic asthma,1 case of diarrhea,1 case of angioedema,1 case of flushed face,and 1 case of subacute thyroiditis.Conclusions Physicians should pay attention to the adverse drug reactions of vinpocetine,take notice of clinical manifestation of patients in the duration of injection and take actions in time. |
