| In recent years,excellent physician training program has been launched for establishing innovative talents training model in medical colleges of China.In this paper,on the basis of the necessary qualities and abilities of excellent physicians,a number of targeted capacity-building measures were put forward to provide reference for the reform of medical teaching. |
