      随着信息技术的快速发展,微课作为一种在线或移动式学习资源,在教育行业的应用前景相当广阔。而护理作为一门理论性和实践性都很强的综合性学科,需要我们护理人员的理论和技能得到全方位的发展。同时,优质护理的提出要求护理人员“以病人为中心”对其进行心理、生理、社会等全方位的整体护理,护理人员需进行终身学习来不断的更新知识去维护病人的健康。微课的产生使得临床护理人员对知识点学习更容易理解和掌握,更有利于在病人中展开适当的健康宣教。该研究通过分析微课的背景、概念以及目前微课在我国护理方面的应用和研究进展,简述了微课应用于护理教学中的模式,微课在护理实践中的应用形式和主要内容,并在此基础上提出在我国护理教学和实践中的应用不足与展望,以期为微课在护理方面发展方向提供一些参考。
英文摘要:
      With the rapid development of information technology,the micro lesson as a kind of online or mobile learning resources has been widely used in the education industry.Nursing is considered as a comprehension discipline which is theoretical and practical,requiring us to develop comprehensively.At the same time,the propose of high quality care which requires patients as the center is a full range of holistic nursing,including the care of physiological,psychological,society,etc.Nurses need lifelong learning to constantly update their knowledge in order to keep people healthy.The micro-lesson not only makes the nurse to understand and grasp new knowledge easily,but also is helpful to conduct health education.This paper briefly introduced the mode of micro-lesson applied in nursing teaching,application forms and main contents of the course in nursing practice,by the analyzing the background,concept and the application and research progress of micro-lesson in our country at present.On the basis of these,the paper puts forward the problems and prospects of the application in nursing teaching and practice in China,in order to provide some reference for the development of nursing micro-lesson.
