目的 建立地桃花提取物中杨梅苷、异槲皮苷和木犀草素的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定方法。 方法 采用HPLC法,Kromasiol-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),乙腈-0.25%醋酸水(31∶69)等度洗脱,检测波长:351 nm,流速:1 mL·min-1;柱温30 ℃。 结果 杨梅苷、异槲皮苷和木犀草素分别在6.97~278.80 mg·L-1、7.29~291.50 mg·L-1和2.96~118.40 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.39%、98.53%和97.41%。 结论 该方法准确、可靠,重复性好,可用于地桃花提取物的质量评价与控制标准。 |

Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the content of myricitrin,isoquercitrin and luteolin in extract of Urena lobata L. Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out on Kromasiol-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.25% acetic acid solution (31:69) as the mobile phase for isocratic elution at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 351 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Good linear relationship were found in the the range of 6.97-278.80 mg·L-1 for myricitrin,7.29-291.50 mg·L-1 for isoquercitrin,2.96-118.40 mg·L-1 for luteolin.Their average recoveries were 98.39%,98.53% and 97.41%,respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable,and can be used for the quality control and evaluation of extract of Urena lobata L. |
