| 目的 探讨胃癌中长链非编码RNA HOTAIR的表达及意义。 方法 收集手术切除的胃癌及癌旁正常组织标本60例,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)检测HOTAIR在胃癌组织与癌旁正常组织中的mRNA表达水平,并利用Kaplan Meier-plotter数据库分析其与病人预后的相关性。 结果 胃癌组织中HOTAIR的表达水平为(4.26±1.47)明显高于癌旁组织表达(0.47±0.35),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001)；HOTAIR高表达组病人的预后不良。 结论 HOTAIR在胃癌中呈高表达并与胃癌病人的预后呈负相关关系。 |

| Objective To study the expression and clinical significances of long non-coding RNA HOTAIR in gastric cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients with gastric cancer who were surgically resected specimens of gastric cancer and adjacent tissues in gastric cancer tissues,evaluate the mRNA expression of HOTAIR by RT-qPCR,and further analyze the relationship between the mRNA expression of HOTAIR and patient prognosis by Meier-plotter database. Results HOTAIR expression level(4.26±1.47) was significantly higher (P<0.001) than adjacent tissues in gastric cancer tissues(0.47±0.35).High HOTAIR expression level group of patients has poor prognosis. Conclusions The expression level of HOTAIR in gastric cancer is significantly higher than the normal adjacent tissues and its expression level is closely related to the patient′s prognosis. |
