| 精准医学是集合现代科技手段,以个人基因组、蛋白质组信息为基础,应用现代分子影像学诊断技术以及生物信息学技术,对疾病进行精准分型和诊断,为病人制订最佳的疾病防治的个体化方案,以达到治疗效果最大化和不良反应最小化的一种医疗模式。肿瘤从某种程度上来讲,是一类基因性疾病,多数肿瘤都隐藏有一系列突变或变异的原癌基因。因此,精准肿瘤学无疑将成为精准医学的领头羊。要实践肿瘤精准医学,必须把握精准医学的内涵,必须从肿瘤学的教育抓起。精准医学对肿瘤学临床医师、研究者和医学生提出了更高的要求,给肿瘤学教育带来新的启示和挑战。未来肿瘤学的教育将着重增加对基因组学、疾病分类体系、生物信息学知识、个体化治疗几个方面的教育。 |

| Precision medicine is a medical model that assembles modern technology,and uses molecular imaging diagnostic techniques and bioinformatics techniques based on individual genomic information and proteomics,so as to develop the best individual program for the prevention and treatment of patients and achieve the maximum therapeutic effect and minimum side effects.To an extent,tumor is a kind of genetic disease,in most of which a series of mutation or variation of proto-oncogene exist,so oncology precision medicine will become the leader of precision medicine.To practice oncology precision medicine,it is necessary to make clear the intension of precision medicine and start from oncology education.Precision medicine represents high standards for clinicians,researchers,and medical students of oncology,and brings about new revelations and challenges for oncology education.Future oncology education will focus more on the education of genomics,classification of diseases,bioinformatics,and individual therapy. |
