Liver cancer is divided into hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma.Portal vein tumor thrombus is an important factor influencing the prognosis and recurrence of HCC.The author makes a summary of the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus.
