| 目的 探讨鼻内镜手术病人实施综合护理干预的效果。方法 将240例拟行鼻内镜手术的病人采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组120例,对照组实施常规手术护理干预,观察组实施综合护理干预,观察两组病人术前和术后焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)以及病人的满意度与手术医生的满意评分。结果 观察组护理后的焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)分值分别是(32.06±0.18)、(29.56±0.55)分,均优于对照组；观察组VAS评分优于对照组；观察组病人满意度90.0%,手术医师满意评分(70.3±9.7)分,远远优于对照组。结论 在鼻内镜手术中,综合护理干预可以有效降低病人的焦虑与抑郁症状,缓解病人疼痛感,提高病人和手术医师满意度,值得临床推广和应用。 |

| Objective To study the implementation effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods Totally 240 cases of nasal endoscopic surgery patients were randomly assigned into observation group and control group,120 cases in each group.control group routine surgery nursing intervention,the observation group to implement the comprehensive nursing intervention,observe two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative anxiety self-assessment rating scale (Self-Rating Anxiety Scale SAS),depression self rating scale (Self-rating depression scale SDS) and visual analogue scale (Visual Analogue Score VAS) and the patient′s satisfaction and surgeon satisfaction score.Results Observation group after nursing anxiety self-assessment rating scale (SAS) and depression self rating scale (SDS) score was 32.06±0.18、29.56±0.55 respectively,were significantly better than the control group;observation group visual analogue scale (VAS) significantly better than control group;observation group of patients satisfaction and surgery physician satisfaction respectively 90.0% and 70.3±9.7,far better than the control group.Conclusions During nasal endoscopic surgery,comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the patient′s anxiety and depression symptoms,relieve patients′ pain and improve patients and surgical physician satisfaction,worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
