      目的 探讨“以授课为基础” 的教学法(LBL)联合“以团队为基础” 的教学法(TBL)在康复专业临床教学中的作用。方法 以2012级共57名五年制临床康复专业本科生为教学对象,分为 TBL组和对照组,由经过培训的临床带教老师分别根据相应教学模式进行临床教学,比较分析两组学生理论考试、临床病例分析和问卷调查结果。结果 通过12周的临床教学,两组学生的理论考试成绩以及临床病例分析的体格检查和病史采集方面相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而临床病例分析功能评估、功能诊断及康复计划制定等方面,TBL组优于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷满意度调查发现,TBL组学生在功能评估操作水平、康复治疗技术和团队协作能力等方面更具优势(P<0.05),对TBL组的教学更为满意(P<0.05)。结论 在康复专业临床教学中,TBL教学法能够培养学生的功能评估操作水平、康复治疗技术和团队协作能力。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the advantages of team-based learning (TBL) in rehabilitation clinic teaching.Methods Fifty-seven students in the 2012 session graduate of rehabilitation in Anhui Medical University,were assigned into two groups.All of them received lectured-based learning model taught for 4 weeks,after that,29 students in TBL group were taught by team-based learning method for 8 weeks while 28 students in control group were taught by problem-based learning method.The evaluation and comparisons of the score results of the theory test,clinic skill examination and questionnaire about the students′evaluation to the teachers between two groups would carry out after teaching.Results After 12 weeks rehabilitation clinic teaching,there was no significant difference in the theory test score (P>0.05).However,the clinic skill examination and questionnaire results of the students in TBL group,compared with the control group,showed statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions TBL teaching method gets better education effects in rehabilitation clinic teaching than PBL.TBL is more helpful to improve learning efficiency and it can enhance students′ ability to solve problems by themselves.
