| 目的 建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定四味黄连洗剂中大黄素、大黄酚的含量方法。方法 色谱柱:AgilentZorbax Eclipse XDB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)；以甲醇-0.1 %磷酸溶液(85∶15)为流动相；检测波长:254 nm；柱温为30 ℃；流速:1.0 mL·min-1；进样量:10 μL。结果 大黄素与大黄酚分别在3.9~78.0、6.3~126.0 mg·L-1浓度范围内线性良好,平均加样回收率分别为98.01%、97.15%,RSD为1.64%、1.20%。结论 该方法灵敏度高、准确、可靠、重复性良好,可作为四味黄连洗剂的定量分析方法。 |

| Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of emodin and chrysophanol in siwei huanglian lotion at the same time.Methods Agilent zorbax eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used;methyl alcohol and 0.1% phosphoric acid at a ratio of 85 ∶15 was taken as the mobile phase.The sample was determined by HPLC at the wavelength of 254 nm and the temperature of column was 30 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;sample size was 10 μL each time precisely.Results Emodin and chrysophanol had a good linear relationship within the range of 3.9-78.0 mg·L-1 and 6.3-126.0 mg·L-1,respectively.The average recovery rates were 98.01%,97.15% respectively,and RSD were 1.64% and 1.20% respectively.Conclusions The method has the characteristics of high sensitivity,accuracy,reliability,and good reproducibility,which can be used as a quantitative analysis method for siwei huanglian lotion. |
