| 血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤(AITL)属于非霍奇金淋巴瘤的一种少见亚型,具有独特的临床病理学特征和生物学行为,研究认为AITL来源于生发中心的辅助T细胞,目前尚无统一的治疗方案,也无明确的影响预后的因素。随着分子生物学、病理、免疫学等技术的提高,近年来对其起源、病因、病理、遗传学及治疗、预后方面的认识有所深入,该文就此作一综述。 |

| Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) is a rare subtype of NHL (non-Hodgkin lymphoma) which has unique clinical pathologic features and biological behavior.Research suggests that AITL is derived from T-cell follicular helper cells (TFH).There is no best treatment regimen for now and no specific factors affecting prognosis.As the improvement of molecular biology,pathology,immunology and so on,we have already had deeper knowledge of its origin,etiology,pathology,genetics,treatment and the prognostic aspect,so this article will make a review. |
