      目的 探讨WT-1在中枢神经系统孤立性纤维性肿瘤/血管周细胞瘤(SFT/HPC)中的表达情况及临床病理学意义。方法 回顾性分析36例中枢神经系统SFT/HPC的WT-1免疫组织化学染色情况,以29例脑膜瘤作为对照。结果 SFT/HPC以瘤细胞围绕血管形成血管外皮瘤样结构为特点,肿瘤小血管呈WT-1强弱不等的阳性表达或不表达,而毛细血管呈弥漫性强阳性表达。在脑膜瘤中,WT-1表达与肿瘤血管的大小和肿瘤的类型及分级无明显关联性(r=0.027 27,P=0.757 2)。结论 WT-1可作为SFT/HPC区别脑膜瘤的标记物,将来也可作为抗SFT/HPC血管生成治疗的潜在靶点。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the expression of WT-1 in solitary fibrous tumor/haemangiopericytoma(SFT/HPC) of central nervous system and its clinicopathological significance. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted of the immunohistochemical staining of WT-1 in 36 cases of SFT/HPC of central nervous system,29 cases of meningioma were used as control. Results SFT/HPC was characterized by the formation of haemangiopericytoma-like structure.The small vessels of the tumors exhibited positive expression or no expression of WT-1,while the capillaries diffusely and strongly expressed WT-1 protein.The expression of WT-1 was not correlated with the size of tumor vessels,the types and the grades of meningioma(r=0.027 27,P=0.757 2). Conclusion WT-1 can be used as a marker to differentiate meningiomas from SFT/HPC,and may also be a potential target for anti-angiogenic treatment in SFT/HPC.
