| 目的 分析孟鲁司特钠联合双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法 选取就诊的90例过敏性紫癜患儿,按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用常规的临床治疗方案,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加服孟鲁司特钠及双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗,持续用药至出院后2个月。结果 观察组患儿治疗总有效率、临床症状消失时间以及实验室检查结果、复发率明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 孟鲁司特钠联合双歧杆菌四联活菌能够缩短小儿过敏性紫癜的治疗时间,对于减轻临床症状,减少疾病的复发有很好的效果。 |

| Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets in children with Henoch-Schnlein purpura. Methods 90 children with Henoch-Schnlein purpura were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine clinical therapy,while the montelukast combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine was added on the basis of routine therapy in observation group.The treatment was continued for 2 months after out of hospital. Results The total effective rate,the clinical symptoms disappeared time,the results of laboratory tests and the recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Montelukast combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine can not only shorten the treatment time of Henoch-Schnlein purpura in children,but also has good effect in relieving the clinical symptoms and reducing the recurrence of disease. |
