| 目的 观察比较泡沫敷料与“R”形翻身垫在压疮高危患者骶尾部压疮中的预防效果。 方法 对233例压疮高危患者,按照随机对照表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组120例,给予泡沫敷料贴于骶尾受压部位；对照组113例,给予“R”形翻身垫保护。 结果 观察组压疮的发生率较对照组有所下降(P<0.05)。 结论 泡沫敷料能有效地预防压疮高危患者骶尾部压疮的发生,值得在临床工作中推广。 |

| Objective To compare foam dressings with "R" shaped turning pad in patients at high risk of sacral pressure ulcer for the preventive effect. Methods Totally 233 patients at high-risk of pressure ulcers were assigned into observation group and control group according to randomized controlled table;120 cases of the observation group were given foam dressings affixed to the sacral pressure areas,while 113 cases of the control group were given "R" shaped turning pad for protection. Results The incidence of pressure ulcers was decreased in the observation group compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The foam dressings can be more effective in preventing high-risk patients from sacral pressure ulcer,which should be promoted in clinical work. |
