| 目的 探讨磁共振(MRI)多种功能成像(fMRI)对乳腺癌的诊断价值。 方法 回顾性分析经穿刺活检或手术病理证实的31例乳腺癌患者的MRI检查资料,在常规扫描基础上,进行多种fMRI:扩散加权成像(DWI)、波谱成像(1H-MRS)及动态增强成像(DCE-MRI)。 结果 乳腺癌及腋窝转移淋巴结在DWI上为高信号,表观扩散系数(ADC)值减低,癌肿平均ADC值低于(0.892±0.082)×10-3,1H-MRS常出现明显的复合胆碱(Cho)峰,DCE-MRI时间-信号强度曲线(TIC曲线)为流出型或平台型,剪影图能反映癌肿的血供情况。 结论 乳腺癌在多种fMRI检查中有各自特异性表现,联合应用大大提高了乳腺癌诊断准确性,在临床应用中有很高的价值。 |

| Objective To explore the value of functional MRI(fMRI) combined application in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The data of 31 eases with breast cancer proved by surgical pathology were analyzed retrospectively.All eases were checked by fMRI,diffusion weighted imaging (DWI)and spectrum and dynamic contrast enhanced (DCE)scanning on the basis of conventional scanning. Results Breast cancer and axillary lymph nodes in DWI for high signal scan,ADC values to reduce.Cancer average ADC values less than (0.892±0.082)×10-3.1H-MRS often appeared composite choline (Cho)peak.DCE-MRI was mainly the outflow type or terrace type. Conclusions Breast cancer has its specific performance in a variety of fMRI.Joint application greatly improve the accuracy of breast cancer diagnosis,which has high value in clinical application. |
