| 目的 分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)对乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能的影响及其相关性。方法 筛选标准应排除1型糖尿病(T1DM),原发性高血压,慢性肾脏病及其他先天性脏器疾病。回顾性分析150例确诊乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者病历资料,其中一部分患者患有T2DM,研究 T2DM对乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能的影响及其相关性。结果 随着乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化病情的加重(Child-Pugh分级提高),T2DM对肝功能损害呈加重趋势(P<0.05)。T2DM对肝功能损害与血清白蛋白呈负相关(r=-0.393,P＜0.01),与丙氨酸氨基转移酶(r=0.275,P=0.01),天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(r=0.290,P＜0.01)及Child-Pugh分级(r=0.418,P＜0.01)呈正相关,均差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 T2DM可加重乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能受损程度,这对未来指导科学研究,及临床早期防治糖尿病合并肝硬化患者有较大意义。 |

| Objective To analyze the relevance and effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus on liver function in patients with viral hepatitis Bcirrhosis. Methods Type 1 diabetes mellitus,hypertension,chronic kidney disease and other congenital organ diseases were excluded according to screening criteria.The data of 150 patients with viral hepatitis Bcirrhosis from the Department of infectious diseases of Chaohu Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University were collected,part of which with type 2 diabetes mellitus,to analyze the impact of type 2 diabetes mellitus on liver function in patients with hepatitis Bcirrhosis and explore the relation between type 2 diabetes mellitus and viral hepatitis Bcirrhosis. Results With the aggravation viral hepatitis B,type 2 diabetes showed an increasing trend of liver function damage(P<0.05),which the difference was statistically significant.There was a negative correlation between serum albumin level and liver function damage in type 2 diabetes mellitus(r=-0.393,P＜0.01).It is positively correlated with alanine aminotransferase(r=0.275,P=0.01),aspartate aminotransferase(r=0.290,P＜0.01) and the levels of Child-Pugh(r=0.290,P＜0.01).Conclusions Type 2 diabetes can aggravate the degree of liver function damage in patients with viral hepatitis Bcirrhosis,which is of great significance for the future guidance of scientific research,and early prevention and treatment of diabetic patients with cirrhosis of the liver. |
