| 目的 对该院舒肝宁注射液的临床使用情况进行合理性评价,并以此为依据对临床用药进行干预。方法 通过临床药学管理系统(PASS PharmAssist)的医嘱点评模块,2015年7月—2016年6月间每季度均随机抽取使用舒肝宁注射液的病例资料50份,从适应证、给药剂量、溶媒、给药疗程、联合用药等方面进行合理性评价。结果 舒肝宁注射液不合理使用主要表现为超适应证、溶媒剂量不足、给药剂量不足和联合用药不适宜等方面。结论 该院舒肝宁注射液存在不合理用药的情况,应加强对舒肝宁注射液的干预,提高合理用药水平。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical utilization of Shuganning injection in a tumor hospital and to provide a reference basis for the standardization use of clinical medicines on patients. Methods Fifty cases treated with Shuganning injection from July 2015 to June 2016 were randomly collected by PASS PharmAssist,which data were reviewed and analyzed on indication,administration,solvent,course of treatment and drug combination. Results The unreasonable utilization of Shuganning injection includes over adaptation,under dosage of solvent and inappropriate of drug combination and so on. Conclusions The irrational utilization of Shuganning injection among tumor hospital inpatients is serious.The hospital should strengthen the intervention of Shuganning injection and promote the rational use of Shuganning injection. |
