| 目的降低全自动发药机的故障事件发生次数,提高门诊药房的工作效率。方法 利用品管圈活动,借助柏拉图和特性要因图(鱼骨图)对发药机发生故障的原因进行分析并选出要因,针对要因拟定并实施对策,评价有形成果和无形成果。结果 自动发药机平均每周发生故障事件次数由改善前的234次降至改善后的72次。全体圈员的解决问题能力、责任心、沟通协调、自信心等得到了很大的提高。结论 品管圈活动有效地提高门诊药房的工作效率,增加了团队凝聚力,提升了药学服务质量。 |

| Objective To reduce the failure event times of automatic drug dispensing machine and to improve the work efficiency of outpatient pharmacy. Methods The failure event causes of automatic drug dispensing machine were analyzed by quality control circle with the aid of Plato and fishbone diagram.To solve the main causes,the countermeasures were implemented.Tangible result(the failure event times per week) and intangible benefit were evaluated. Results The frequency of weekly failure event of automatic drug dispensing machine decreased(from 234 to 72).The comprehensive abilities of circle team(the ability of solve problems,responsibility,communication coordination,self-confidence and so on) have been greatly improved. Conclusions Quality control circle improved the work efficiency of outpatient pharmacy,enhanced team cohesion and the quality of pharmaceutical care. |
