| 目的 探讨宜宾地区汉族人群Sp110基因多态性与肺结核易感性的相关性。 方法 选择2011年1月—2012年12月按病例对照研究设计选取112例肺结核患者和140例健康人作为研究对象,比较两组的一般资料,测定其Sp110基因2个SNP位点(rs11679983、rs3948464)的基因型,探索其与肺结核易感性的相关性。 结果 (1)观察组和对照组吸烟史(49.1% vs 33.6%)和家族结核病史(23.2% vs 9.3%)差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05)；(2)观察组rs11679983 G等位基因频率(51.8% vs 33.6%)、rs3948464 C等位基因频率(92.9% vs 81.4%)高于对照组(P＜0.05),其OR分别为2.13和2.97；(3)两组患者rs11679983和rs3948464的基因型分布不一致(P＜0.05)。 结论Sp110基因的rs11679983A/G和rs3948464C/T位点多态性可能是该地区汉族人群肺结核易感性的影响因素。 |

| Objective To explore the relationship between Sp110 gene polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility of Chinese Han population in Yibin region. Methods One hundred and twelve tuberculosis patients and 140 control patients were selected from January 2011 to December 2012 at the First People′s Hospital and Infectious Disease Hospital of Yibin by using case-control study to investigate their normal information and detect 2 SNP sites of Sp110 gene,finally the relationship between Sp110 gene SNPs polymorphism and tuberculosis susceptibility was explored. Results (1) There were significant differences in smoking history (49.1% vs 33.6%) and family history (23.2% vs 9.3%) of tuberculosis between case group and control group (P＜0.05).(2)The frequencies of rs11679983 G allele (51.8% vs 33.6%) and rs3948464 C allele (92.9% vs 81.4%) in case group were significantly higher than those in control group with an OR 2.13 and 2.97 respectively (P＜0.05).(3)The genotypes of rs11679983 and rs3948464 were not consistent in two groups (P＜0.05). Conclusions The polymorphisms of rs11679983 A/G and rs3948464 C/T of Sp110 gene may be the influencing factors of tuberculosis susceptibility of Chinese Han population in Yibin region. |
