| 目的 观察玻璃酸钠联合复明胶囊治疗白内障术后干眼症的疗效及对患者泪液中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平的影响。 方法 收集白内障术后干眼症患者88例,完全随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,每次1滴,每天5次。观察组在对照组基础上口服复明胶囊,每次5粒,每天3次。两组连续治疗8周。比较两组泪液基础分泌、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)、干眼症状评分及临床疗效。检测两组泪液中TNF-α和IL-1β水平。 结果 观察组治疗后泪液分泌长度、BUT及FL评分显著少于对照组(P＜0.01)。观察组患者的显效率为95.45％,对照组为77.27％,观察组显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗后8周和16周,观察组患者的干眼症状评分分别少于对照组同期水平(P＜0.01)。观察组治疗后泪液中IL-1β和TNF-α水平明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。 结论 玻璃酸钠联合复明胶囊治疗白内障术后干眼症疗效显著,下调患者泪液中IL-1β和TNF-α水平可能与以上疗效有关。 |

| Objective To observe the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate in combination with fuming capsule in treating dry eye after cataract surgery and the influence on tear levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin1β(IL-1β). Methods Totally 88 cases with dry eye after cataract surgery were randomized into control group(44 cases) and observation group(44 cases).The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate,1 drop per time and 5 times per day.The observation group additionally was given f22uming capsule,5 capsules per time and tid.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Basic secretion of tears,breakup time of tear film (BUT),fluorescein staining of corneal (FL),score of dry eye symptoms and efficacy were compared between two groups.Tear levels of TNF-α and IL-1β were measured in both groups. Results Length of tear secretion,BUT and FL score in the observation group were remarkably less than those in the control group(P＜0.01).Obvious effect rate of the observation group was 95.45％,which was higher than 77.27％ of the control group (P＜0.05).After 8 and 16 weeks of treatment,score of dry eye symptoms of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P＜0.01).Tear levels of IL-1β and TNF-α of the observation group was remarkably lower than that of the control group(P＜0.01). Conclusions Efficacy of sodium hyaluronate in combination with fuming capsule in treating dry eye after cataract surgery is obvious and may be relevant to inhibiting tear levels of TNF-α and IL-1β. |
