| 目的 分析克罗恩病(CD)引起的复杂性肛瘘挂线的移除时间。方法回顾性分析44例CD引起的复杂性肛瘘的患者,按是否3周内移除挂线分为A、B两组,根据患者术后的各项指标分析两组的预后。结果 两组在年龄(χ2=0.206 0,P=0.983 7)、性别(χ2=0.796 9,P=0.372 0)、民族(χ2=0.007 3,P=0.931 8)、术前Wexner评分(χ2=0.138 1,P=0.890 8)方面比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。两组术后出院时Wexner评分(t=2.815 9,P=0.007 4)、肛瘘的愈合时间(t=4.360 5,P=0.000 1)方面比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。在住院时间(t=1.584 3,P=0.120 6)、治疗后完全愈合(t=0.384 9,P=0.535 0)比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 对于CD引起的复杂性肛瘘挂线时间可能与患者的预后有关联,然而具体移除时间仍不能确定,但对患者预后而言,术后3周之后移除挂线较3周之内移除挂线更有帮助。 |

| Objective To analyze the removal time of complex anal fistula caused by Crohn′s disease. Methods Forty-four patients with Crohn′s disease caused by complex anal fistula from January 2006 to June 2016 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were retrospectively analyzed.The prognosis of the two groups was analyzed according to a number of postoperative indexes. Results There were no statistically significant differences between two groups in the baseline data such as age(χ2=0.206 0,P=0.983 7),gender(χ2=0.796 9,P=0.372 0),nationality(χ2=0.007 3,P=0.931 8).Differences in Wexner score(t=2.815 9,P=0.007 4) at the time of postoperative discharge,the healing time of anal fistula (t=4.360 5,P=0.000 1) were statistically significant between the two groups.Hospitalization time (t=1.584 3,P=0.120 6),and complete healing after treatment (t=0.384 9,P=0.535 0) were not statistically different between the two groups. Conclusions There was correlation between prognosis and specific removal time of complex anal fistula caused by Crohn′s disease.However,the specific removal time of complex anal fistula is still uncertain.This study showed that the removal of the thread after three weeks,the prognosis effect is better than the removal of the thread within three weeks. |
