目的 分析比较了滁菊以及滁菊配方颗粒的挥发性成分。方法 制备滁菊配方颗粒,并采用顶空固相微萃取结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术对滁菊干花以及滁菊配方颗粒的挥发性成分进行鉴定比对,并用面积归一法测定成分相对含量。结果 滁菊干花中共鉴定出40种挥发性化合物,滁菊颗粒中共鉴定出59种挥发性化合物,鉴定了30个共有峰。结论 顶空固相微萃取-气质联用分析结果表明采用本工艺制得的滁菊配方颗粒保留了滁菊的特征性挥发成分。该方法简单、准确,为滁菊品种配方颗粒提供了一定的鉴别依据。 |

Objective To analyse the fragrant compounds in the Chuju and Chuju formula granule. Methods The Chuju formula granulewas prepared and its composition of volatile compounds quantitatively was determined with normalization method,and identified by headspace solid phase micro-extraction coupled with gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Results 40 and 59 volatile componentswere identified in Chuju and Chuju formula granule,respectively.30 shared peaks were shared between Chuju and Chuju formula granule. Conclusions According to the results of the headspace solid-phase microextraction coupled to GC-MS, it is believed that the Chuju formula granule can retain the characteristic volatile component of Chuju.The method is simple and accurate,which may be used as quality control method for Chuju formula granule. |
