| 目的 探讨老年急性胆囊炎开腹胆囊切除与腹腔镜胆囊切除术的治疗效果对比及对患者肠道功能影响。方法 选择2014年1月—2017年1月该院收治的老年急性胆囊炎患者60例,随机分为对照组及研究组,对照组使用开腹胆囊切除术,研究组使用腹腔镜胆囊切除术。结果 研究组手术基本情况及住院时间明显优于对照组；研究组并发症发生率较低；肠道功能恢复时间明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组患者生活质量方面,治疗前两组患者生活质量各项指标差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗后研究组生活质量各项指标明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 老年急性胆囊炎患者使用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,手术创口小、愈合速度快,能及时改善肠道营养功能,是老年急性胆囊炎患者首选手术方式,但是因老年个体因素各异,均应在保证患者安全前提下,依照自身情况选择手术方式。 |

| Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the elderly with acute cholecystitis and to evaluate the effect on the intestinal function of the patients. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017,0 elderly patients with acute cholecystitis were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with open cholecystectomy,and the study group was treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results The study group basic situation of operation and hospitalization time were significantly better than the control group.The incidence of complications was low;and intestinal function recovery time was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The two groups with respect to the quality of life,the index of the two groups had no significant difference in the quality of life of patients before treatment(P>0.05).The research group after treatment quality of life indicators significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Elderly patients with acute cholecystitis by laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of operation,with small wound,fast healing properties,can improve intestinal nutritional function in a timely manner,is the preferred surgical method in elderly patients with acute cholecystitis.However,because of elderly individual factors,the choice of surgical methods should be to ensure patient safety and bases on their own situation. |
