| 目的 探讨专科护士专业自我概念及职业倦怠感的现状并分析两者的关系。方法 运用Arthur教授的护士专业自我概念量表中文版的Maslach工作倦怠感量表,对安徽省参加培训的277名专科护士进行面对面的问卷调查。结果 专科护士的专业自我概念得分(89.71±10.11)分,不同年龄、工作年限、职称、医院等级和有无编制的专科护士专业自我概念得分差异有统计学意义。277名专科护士中出现高情感衰竭、高去人格化和低成就感的比例分别为27.1%、20.2%、49.5%。相关分析显示,专科护士专业自我概念与情绪耗竭及去人格化呈负相关(r=-0.514、r=-0.380,P＜0.01),与个人成就感呈正相关(r=0.649,P＜0.01)。回归分析显示,情绪耗竭和个人成就感是专科护士专业自我概念的影响因素(t=-5.838、t=11.882,P＜0.001)。结论 专科护士的专业自我概念处于中等偏积极水平,有待于进一步提高,护理管理者及相关部门可以采取有效措施,降低专科护士的情绪耗竭,提高其个人成就感,进一步巩固和提升其专业自我概念水平,以稳定专科护士队伍。 |

| Objective To investigate the current status of nurses′professional self-concept and professional burnout among nurse specialists and analyze the relationship between the two variables. Methods Maslach burnout inventory survey and professional self-concept of nurses instrument were used to investigate the 277 nurses in Anhui province who were on training. Results The mean score of nurses′ professional self-concept was 89.71(SD=10.11).Different group of age,working lifetime,professional title,hospital level,"in-staff" personnel and "off-staff" personnel showed statistically significantly difference.Among the 277 nurse specialists ,the proportion of high emotional exhaustion ,high depersonalization and low sense of personal achievement was 27.1%,20.2%,49.5%,respectively.The result of correlation analysis exhibited that nurses′ professional self-concept have significant negative correlation with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization(r=-0.514,r=-0.380,P＜0.01),and had significant positive correlation with the sense of accomplishment(r=0.649,P＜0.01).The regression analysis showed that emotional exhaustion and sense of accomplishment impact the professional self-concept of nurse specialists. Conclusions The scores of nurses′ professional self-concept in Anhui province is in a middle-positive state and need to be improved.Nursing managers and relevant departments should take effective measures to decrease their emotional exhaustion and improve their sense of accomplishment in order to improve the level of professional self-concept and stabilize the team of nurse specialists. |
