| 目的 探讨胃镜下等离子消融术联合药物治疗疣状胃炎的临床疗效。 方法 40例疣状胃炎患者按随机数字表法分为联合治疗组(联合组)和对照组,每组20例。联合组在胃镜下采用等离子消融术联合药物治疗,对照组单纯药物治疗。两组中Hp阴性者单纯给予口服雷贝拉唑1.0克/次,3次/天,治疗4周。而Hp阳性者,则予口服雷贝拉唑10.0毫克/次+胶体果胶铋200.0毫克/次+阿莫西林1.0克/次+克拉霉素0.5克/次,2次/天,连续服用2周。两组在疗程结束3个月后复查胃镜,观察临床症状改善率及胃镜下疣状病灶总消除率。 结果 联合组临床症状改善和内镜病灶消除的有效率分别高于对照组(95.0％比40.0%,χ2=3.789,P=0.000；100.0％比40.0%,χ2=17.143,P=0.000)。 结论 胃镜下等离子消融术联合药物治疗疣状胃炎其疗效显著,且安全可靠,是治疗疣状胃炎理想的方法。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the endoscopic plasma treatment combined with medicine in the treatment of verrucous gastritis. Methods A total of 40 cases of verrucous gastritis were assigned into combination treatment group (n=20) and control group (n=20) according to the random number table method.The combination treatment group was treated with the endoscopic plasma treatment combined with medicine while the control group received the same drugs without plasma treatment.In the two groups,the Hp negatie was given orally with rebelazole 1.0 g/time,3 times/day,and 4 weeks of treatment.For Hp positive,it was given to the oral rebelazole 10.0 mg/time+colloid bismuth 200.0 mg/time+amoxicillin 1.0 g/time+clarithromycin 0.5 g/time,2 times/day,for 2 weeks consecutively.The reexamination was made by gastroscope 3 months after the end of the course of treatment to observe the clinical symptom improvement rate and the clearance of verrucous focus. Results The improvement of clinical symptoms and the effective rate of verrucous focus clearance in the combination treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (95.0％ vs 40.0%,χ2=3.789,P=0.000;100.0％ vs 40.0%,χ2=17.143,P=0.000). Conclusions Endoscopic plasma combined with medicine for treating verrucous gastritis is effective,safe and reliable.It is an ideal method for the treatment of verrucous gastritis. |
