| 大环内酯类抗生素的非感染性治疗,其抗炎作用和免疫调节作用被临床所发现并且运用治疗慢性气道炎性疾病。大环内酯类抗生素的抗炎治疗联合其抗菌活性对于弥漫性泛细支气管炎有着明显治疗效果,因其抗炎和免疫调节功效能够减少哮喘患者炎性介质水平,可提高哮喘患者的免疫能力。另外对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病,大环内酯类抗生素还能够降低其急性发作的次数和间隔时间。现针对大环内酯类抗生素治疗慢性气道炎性疾病的非抗感染研究进展进行介绍。 |

| The anti-inflammatory effect and the role of immune regulation of the anti-infective treatment of the large ring of antibiotics, were found and used in the treatment of chronic airway inflammation. The anti-inflammatory therapy of macrolide antibiotics combined with the antibacterial activity in the treatment of diffuse panbronchiolitis has obvious therapeutic effect, but also can reduce the level of inflammatory mediators in patients with asthma and improve the immunity of patients with asthma. In addition to the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the number and time interval of acute attack can be reduced. This paper is mainly about the research on the treatment of chronic airway inflammatory diseases with the treatment of the large ring of antibiotics. |
