| 目的 分析住院患者抗菌药物使用现状,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。 方法 收集统计某医院2014年和2015年住院患者抗菌药物使用率、使用强度(AUD)、Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物情况,并进行比较分析。 结果 该医院住院患者抗菌药物使用率(<60.0%)、使用强度(<40)符合卫生部规定,且逐年下降。但住院患者第三代头孢菌素用量居高不下,特别是头孢他啶、头孢唑肟使用强度排名一直居于前五；喹诺酮类药物用量依然偏大；Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物使用比例偏高,2014年为45.7%,2015年为37.6%；产科、儿科、耳鼻喉科抗菌药物使用率仍超标(>60.0%)。 结论 住院患者抗菌药物的使用仍然存在不合理现象；应科学监控其临床使用情况,严格加强综合管理,避免滥用,促进临床合理应用抗菌药物。 |

| Objective To analyze use of antibacterial drugs in the hospital inpatients at present and provide reference for clinical rational use of antibacterial drugs. Methods To collect and comparative the statistics of 2014 and 2015 hospitalized patients about antibacterial use rate, antibacterial use density (AUD), the preventive use of antibacterial drugs in Ⅰincision surgery. Results In the hospital, antibacterial use rate (<60.0 %) and AUD (<40%) are complied with the regulations of The Ministry of Health, and declined year by year. However, the dosage of the third generation cephalosporins is still high, especially the use rate of Ceftazidime, Ceftizoxime, which are always ranking the top five. The usage of Quinolones still slants large. The use of antibacterial drugs before Iincision surgery is high, with 45.7% in 2014,7.6% in 2015. Department of obstetrics, pediatrics, otorhinolaryngology antibacterial use rate is still exceed the standard (>60.0%). Conclusions The use of antibacterial drugs is still not reasonable, which should be monitored and managed to avoid abuse and promote the clinical rational use of antibacterial drugs. |
