| 目的 通过结合技能竞赛,提升外科学医学生专业技能和综合素质的培养水平。方法 根据全国大学生临床技能大赛的要求,设计外科专业的核心技能培养课程,结合实际临床教学,加强医学生基础知识理论及操作技能的培养。结果 组织参与7年的技能大赛,构建了基本知识到创新能力等8个方面的培训内容,为外科临床教学提供了素材。结论 通过举办临床技能竞赛,可以有效提高外科临床教学的水平。 |

| Objective To improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of surgical students by combining skills competition.Methods According to the requirements of the National College Students’ clinical skills competition, the core skills training course of the surgical department was designed, and the basic knowledge theory and operation skills of the medical students were strengthened in combination with the practical clinical teaching.Results The skills competitions of 7 years had been completed. 8 aspects of training contents such as basic knowledge and innovative ability had been structured, so as to provide material for surgical clinical teaching.Conclusion By holding the skills competition, the level of surgical clinical teaching can be effectively improved. |
