| 目的 对比分析经尺骨鹰嘴截骨与肱三头肌舌形瓣治疗肱骨远端C型骨折疗效。方法 44例肱骨远端C型骨折分别采取经尺骨鹰嘴截骨(A组)与肱三头肌舌形瓣(B组)入路治疗,对比观察两种手术方法在住院时间、受伤至手术时间、术中失血量、手术时间、关节功能评分相关指标。结果 两组患者住院时间、受伤至手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；术中失血量、手术时间、关节功能评分比较,均差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 经尺骨鹰嘴截骨治疗肱骨远端C型骨折临床疗效肯定,临床疗效优于采取肱三头肌舌形瓣入路方案。 |

| Objective To compare and analyze of the effect of distal humerus type Cbone fracture treatment by olecranon osteotomy and triceps tongue-shaped flap approach.Methods 44 patients with distal humerus type Cbone fracture were cured by olecranon osteotomy (group A) and triceps tongue -shaped flap approach (group B),respectively.Length of stay,injured and operation time,blood loss volume,operation time and relevant indexes of joint function scoring between two operation methods were compared.Results Patients in both groups had no statistical significance in length of stay,injured and operation time(P＞0.05).Blood loss volume,operation time,joint function scoring had obvious differences and statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Clinical effects of curing distal umerus type Cbone fracture by olecranon osteotomy are positive,which are superior to the triceps tongue-shaped flap approach. |
