| 目的 研究百癣夏塔热辅助治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效及对炎症因子影响。 方法 选取河北省保定市第五医院2015年6月到2016年8月间收治的寻常痤疮患者86例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组患者接受红蓝光交替照射治疗联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶外敷治疗,于每晚敷用,在此基础上,观察组患者口服百癣夏塔热,3次/天,1.2 克/次。均连续治疗8周。比较两组患者的治疗疗效和不良反应发生率,同时比较治疗前后的血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平。 结果 观察组的治疗总有效率(88.37%)明显高于对照组(69.77%)(χ2=4.50,P=0.03)；治疗后,观察组的血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)；两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。 结论 百癣夏塔热能提高寻常痤疮的治疗疗效,并能改善患者的免疫功能,且治疗安全性较高,是一种高效的治疗方法,值得在临床推广。 |

| Objective To study the clinical efficacy of baixuan xiatare tablets adjuvant treatment of acne vulgaris and its influence on inflammatory factors. Methods The subjects were 86 patients with acne vulgaris treated in the Fifth Hospital of Baoding from June 2015 to August 2016,who were randomly assigned into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group patients were treated with alternant red and blue light combined with erythromycin Aacid erythromycin gel applied every night,while on this basis,the observation group were treated by additional baixuan xiatare tablets,1.2 g three times daily and were treated for 8 consecutive weeks.Comparison was made between the two groups of efficacy and adverse reaction rate,and the serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α levels were compared before and after treatment. Results The total efficacy of observation group (88.37%) was significantly higher than the control group (69.77%) (χ2=4.50,P=0.03).After treatment,the serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α levels of observation group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.01).Adverse reaction rates in the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusions Baixuan xiatare tablets can significantly improve the curative effect of acne vulgaris,and can improve the immune function of the patients with high safety of treatment,which is an effective therapy and worthy of promotion. |
