| 超声技术目前在医学领域应用广泛,在麻醉、急诊医学和重症监护治疗应用发展迅速,已成为现代医学诊断与治疗不可或缺的工具,麻醉医生熟练掌握超声技术,有利于掌控气道管理。该文概括了超声在预测困难气道、实时引导气管插管、气管导管型号预测、超声定位喉罩以及超声指导气管切开中的应用,重点阐述了超声在困难气道预测方面最新指导参数以及研究进展,为合理应用临床与研究提供参考。 |

| Ultrasound technology is widely used in the medical field and is developing rapidly in anesthesia,emergency medicine and intensive care.It has become an indispensable tool for modern medical diagnosis and treatment,and anesthesiologists being skilled in ultrasonic technology is conducive to the control of airway management.This article summarized the ultrasound in the prediction of difficult airway,real-time guide endotracheal intubation,endotracheal tube model prediction,ultrasonic positioning laryngeal mask and the application of ultrasonic guidance tracheostomy,particularly analyzes how to predict and treat the difficult airway,in order to provide reference for clinical application and research in general anaesthesia. |
