目的 探索四季抗病毒合剂中抑菌剂的合理加入量。 方法 对3种抑菌剂(苯甲酸钠0.3%、苯甲酸钠0.3%+尼泊金乙酯0.04%、苯甲酸钠0.3%+尼泊金乙酯0.05%)的抑菌效果进行考察,筛选出抑菌剂的合理加入量。选择有代表性的微生物加入供试品中进行抑菌效力试验,测试微生物在不同时间段的存活情况。 结果 0.3%苯甲酸钠对铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉5种代表试验菌均有良好的抑制作用,为最低有效剂量。 结论 0.3%苯甲酸钠可作为四季抗病毒合剂的抑菌剂,且抑菌效力安全有效。 |

Objective To investigate the optimal concentration of antimicrobial preservative that are added to Sijikangbingdu mixture. Methods The antimicrobial effectiveness of antimicrobial preservatives at different ratio were evaluated.The concentration of test microorganisms were inoculated,after which the survival rate were estimated in different times. Results The growth of test microorganisms are inhibited effectively by Sijikangbingdu mixture possess of 0.3% sodium benzoate which is also the minimum effective dosage. Conclusion 0.3% sodium benzoate can be used as antimicrobial preservative for Sijikangbingdu mixture which is safe and effective. |
