| 目的 探讨临床药师在晚期肺癌患者靶向治疗中的作用。 方法 临床药师参与1例晚期肺癌患者靶向治疗的过程,结合药物用法用量、药物相互作用、药物不良反应等提出药学建议,提供个体化的药学服务。 结果 临床药师参与晚期肺癌患者靶向治疗的药学监护,及时发现和处理患者治疗过程中潜在的问题,预防了不良结局的发生。 结论 临床药师参与晚期肺癌患者的靶向治疗,可提高患者治疗的安全性和有效性,促进药物的合理使用。 |

| Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in targeted therapy in the patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods The clinical pharmacist played a role in targeted therapy of a patient with advanced lung cancer by analysing drugs and dosage,adverse drug reactions and drug interaction,to provide suggestion and offer an individualized pharmaceutical care. Results By introducing clinical pharmacist participating the pharmaceutical care,the potential risk in targeted therapy can be found timely,and the occurrence of unfavorable clinical outcomes can be prevented. Conclusions The participation of clinical pharmacists in targeted therapy of the patients with advanced lung cancer is beneficial to improve the efficacy and safety of targeted therapy and promote the rational use of drugs. |
